Morato Pane Optimizes Production with CyberPlan

Morato Pane, a global leader in the bakery industry, has undertaken an innovation journey to enhance demand planning and production optimization. Due to rapid growth and recent acquisitions, the company faced increasing complexity in planning, compounded by promotional peaks and seasonal fluctuations in the food sector.
