berluti

Berluti elimina gli Excel per pianificare la produzione con CyberPlan

Manifattura Berluti has introduced a significant innovation in its production planning department with the adoption of CyberPlan software. The need to adapt to a dynamic market, characterized by seasonal collections and unpredictable lead times, drove the company to modernize its production flow management.

Before implementing the new system, planning relied on Excel spreadsheets, resulting in repetitive workloads and limited visibility into delivery dates. With CyberPlan, Berluti drastically reduced planning times—from weeks of manual work to a fast and precise process that enables production scenario simulations and rapid decision-making. This has led to a more reliable production plan and improved resource and material management.

Schneider Electric

StockSystem, the perfect tool for efficient logistics

A French multinational specializing in automation and energy, Schneider Electric implemented the APS CyberPlan and WMS StockSystem from the Zucchetti Digital Supply Chain offering at its plant in Conselve (Padua) for production planning and logistics of raw material, component, and finished product warehouses. The production plant spans an area of 30,000 square meters and has 10 production lines to meet customer orders, which typically require products made up of around 500 components each.

Regarding logistics, Schneider Electric has 5 external warehouses, where components from over 120 suppliers are received daily, then supplied to the production lines in the main plant based on production plans.
From the use of CyberPlan and StockSystem software, Schneider Electric has gained speed, accuracy, and flexibility.
Morato Pane

Morato Pane ottimizza la produzione con CyberPlan

Morato Pane, a global leader in the bakery industry, has undertaken an innovation journey to enhance demand planning and production optimization.
