Optima has been creating vertical solutions specifically designed for glassworks management for over 30 years with complete process optimization and seamless integration of flat glass processing machines. Enterprise is a vertical ERP \ MES and enables management of the entire production cycle in a simple and extremely effective way. The verticality on the glass world makes it the best program for order management, with parametric template management and CAD\CAM integrated into the bill of materials. The possibility to customize the production cycle directly in the order entry makes it the most effective solution for daily operations. With Enterprise, the compositions requested by the customer are entered directly into the order menu without the need to create specific articles, bills of materials or elements for each product as supposed to do with general-purpose ERPs. The program automatically calculates the selling price as well as the estimated cost and margin. For each stage it calculates the processing times, assigns machines, sends and receives production data.

It is a client \server product with a Microsoft SQL database, allowing comprehensive shared management of customers, sales and purchase orders, processing cycles and production progress. All versions of the Enterprise product include the world's most widely used glass optimization module with more than 30,000 installations to its credits and a very high performance that enables a significant reduction in glass wastage. Enterprise has a modular structure that allows each glassworks to tailor the solution that best fits its reality.
